Extended Labor Warranty by JB Warranties

Most manufacturer limited warranties cover the cost of the parts that fail, but not the labor to repair them. An extended labor warranty through JB Warranties protects you against the cost of labor for covered repairs, so a mechanical or electrical failure does not turn into an unexpected repair bill.

How it works

  1. A heating or air conditioning system failure occurs.
  2. Call us to schedule a service appointment at (417) 429-1215.
  3. A technician makes the covered repair at no labor cost to you.

Your extended warranty is covered by JB Warranties, which is backed by an A-rated insurance underwriter. The manufacturer’s limited parts warranty is offered by the manufacturer to the original homeowner only.

Keep your coverage active with annual maintenance

To keep your warranty in effect, you must have annual maintenance performed by your HVAC contractor, in line with the manufacturer’s service requirements. Evidence of proper maintenance may be requested by the warranty administrator when a claim is filed.

The Wright Way Maintenance Plan makes this simple: two visits per year, a spring cooling tune-up and a fall heating tune-up, for $200 per year for your first system and $100 per year for each additional system.
